How We Work
Standard Individual Session
50 minutes for $180
A focused, high-impact session tailored for ongoing individual growth, clarity, and integration. Grounded in a holistic and integrative framework, this time is dedicated to examining current life stressors, untangling anxiety or perfectionism, and practicing real-time tools. Ideal for consistent weekly or bi-weekly momentum as you build self-worth and alignment in your everyday life.
Relational/Deep Work Session
75 minutes for $260
Designed for couples, relationship systems, or individuals ready to drop below the surface. Extended time allows us to move beyond talking about the issue and step directly into experiential processing. We’ll map active relational dynamics, process emotional responses in the present moment, and untangle complex patterns without feeling rushed. This format provides the spaciousness needed for profound, transformational shifts.
Accelerated Growth Intensives
For clients looking to make significant progress in a condensed timeframe, I offer specialized intensive sessions. These are designed to bypass the limitations of weekly scheduling and allow us to go deeper, faster.
The Couples Assessment Intensive | $1,400
6 Hours | Available to New Clients
Think of this as your first six weeks of therapy condensed into one day. We use this time to map your relational patterns, perform individual and joint assessments, and build a concrete roadmap for your future.
The flow: 1 hour joint kickoff \ two 90-minute solo sessions \ 1 hour joint relationship assessment \ lunch break (and therapist assessment and plan development) \ 60-90 minute final roadmap review
Mini-Intensive | $950
4 Hours | Available to Existing Clients Only
A deeper, Satir-inspired dive into the "iceberg" of your internal or relational world. This is ideal for when you feel stuck or need to uncover the root of a specific, persistent issue.
A Note on Insurance and Superbills
I am an out-of-network provider. I do not bill insurance companies directly, which allows me to maintain a strictly relational focus without the need for standardized insurance procedures.
If you have a PPO plan, you may be able to seek reimbursement through your provider. To facilitate this, I can provide a Superbill.
Important details regarding Superbills:
Clinical Diagnosis: By law, a Superbill must include a clinical diagnosis. This diagnosis will become part of your permanent medical record with your insurance provider.
Verification: I encourage you to contact your insurance provider prior to our first session to verify your "out-of-network outpatient mental health" benefits.
